I decided that I am going to photo-track. Questions for Dessert is doing a week long challenge and I am joining in. I decided that I am going to post it on my main blog Feeling Fine because I am going to post it with my feelings for the day. Hope this will keep me from sticking so many stupid things in my mouth. I think this is just the nudge that I needed.
I am still tracking on WW's site but I really want it out there so that I feel like others will hold me accountable.
At Questions for Dessert, she tracks with pictures. I am a visual person and I love this idea. This is something that I am considering doing. She did a post why she does it and one point that she made was that it really makes her think about what she is eating and weather or not it is worth taking a picture of or if she really wants a picture of that up on her blog. I think those things would motivate me to make good choices.
Another option is Twitter. I don't twitter. I am interested in learning about it but don't really understand it right now. I think this is how Roni at Roni's Weigh tracks. Seems efficient and easy if I could just figure it out.
I guess I could just type it out at the end of the day fast but that seems like a pain to me.
